In our review of monthly journals we came across a fantastic overview of vascular closure devices in Cardiac Interventions Today. Vascular Access Closure remains a challenging and under appreciated aspect of percutaneous interventions. Effective access technology decreases procedural morbidity and facilitates early discharge.
